The item’s packaging is intact and includes all accessories, instructions, and original packaging materials.
If the item does not meet the above conditions, we may not be able to accept the return request.

The return application period has expired;
Damage caused by improper use;

V. Return Process
The return process is as follows:

Customer service reviews and confirms eligibility for return;
Return the product to the address provided by customer service;
After receiving the product and confirming that it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund within 7-14 business days.
The refund will be returned to the original payment method.
VI. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to product quality issues or the wrong item was sent, we will bear the return shipping costs;
If the return is due to personal reasons, the buyer must bear the return shipping costs.
